Reformer Pilates.

One to one sessions using Reformer and wall frame to challenge movement control in the body. The resistance provided by the springs activates the muscles and giving you more feedback to work with for developing good movement.

In addition to the reformer I also use the wall frame and stability chair. Thus I am able to offer a wide range of exercises to help you improve mobility ( flexibility with integral strength) and postural balance.

Sessions will also incorporate some floor based exercises and advise on how what can be done at home to support the sessions. For some people these sessions form part of their regular exercise routine , others may wish to work more with matwork and on developing home routines to help them manage chronic pain or as a restorative support in their sports training.
