I began this career path back in 1995 after working for several years in the Pharmaceutical industry doing Clinical Research. Unsuited to a desk job in a multinational company I switched to something more “hands on “ quite literally I completed my training in Sports and Remedial Massage. As you will see my thirst for skills and knowledge just went from there.

I am especially interested in a more experiential approach to learning , as it helps a person to build confidence in their body and the relationship they have with it.

Myself ……. I love the outdoors , hiking , mountain biking , camping and even jumping in the odd cold lake if I’m feeling brave!
